“Chef’s Night Off”

Monday March 15th at 7pm

Each month, we will be bringing some of the most talented chefs in Boston to cook for us on their night off to benefit the charity of their choosing.  Our first guest chef in this series of dinners is:

William Kovel


William started his career shucking oysters for Traci Des Jardins of Jardiniere in San Francisco.  From there, he developed his craft in some of the finest kitchens in the world; The Ritz Carlton, Orrery in London, Radius here in Boston and most recently as Chef de Cuisine of Aujourd’hui at the Four Seasons in Boston.

During his tenure at the Four Seasons, William was recognized by Boston Magazine for the Best of Boston Prix Fixe Menu in 2008 and was named one of a talented group of upcoming “Chefs to Watch”  He was also honored with Boston’s Top Restaurants by Chaine Des Rotisseurs and he achieved the revered status of the AAA Five Diamond Award.

The dinner will be four courses for $55 per person and will benefit
